Mr. A is suspected of photographing and leaking a document containing personal information such as the names and dates of birth of confirmed COVID-19 patients on the 22nd.
The leaked document was found to be an internal report used for meetings.
After the leaked information spread through SNS and various online communities, Mr. A turned himself in to the police on the morning of the 23rd.
