'Beasts Clutching at Straws' Rises to No.1 in Reservation Rate

According to the Korea Film Council's integrated ticketing system on the 19th, Beasts Clawing at Straws (directed by Kim Yong-hoon) recorded a reservation rate of 17.0% (as of 4 PM), ranking first among Korean films.
Beasts Clawing at Straws is a crime drama about ordinary people planning the worst heist to seize a money bag, their last chance in life. It stars Jeon Do-yeon, Jung Woo-sung, Bae Sung-woo, and Youn Yuh-jung.
The film was officially invited to the 49th Rotterdam International Film Festival, following awards, as well as the 34th Fribourg International Film Festival in Switzerland, the 42nd Moscow International Film Festival, the 22nd Udine Far East Film Festival, and the 1st Red Sea International Film Festival in Saudi Arabia.
