Following the government policy that there is little need to fully postpone or cancel mass events, it was decided through the festival promotion committee meeting to proceed with the festival after thoroughly preparing quarantine measures.

However, the opening ceremony and celebratory performances, which could cause respiratory transmission, will not be held.
