[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Son Tae-seok] Jinju City in Gyeongnam will begin the 'Jinyanggyo Lane Improvement Construction' at the end of this month to resolve the habitual traffic congestion at Jinyanggyo Bridge located in the city center.
According to the city on the 17th, this construction is being promoted to resolve the confusion caused by the crossing of vehicles turning right onto Jinyanggyo Bridge from the Dwigeori direction and vehicles going straight from the old courthouse toward Chilam-dong.
Jinju City will begin the 'Jinyanggyo Lane Improvement Construction' at the end of February to alleviate the chronic traffic congestion at Jinyanggyo Bridge located in the city center.

The construction will officially begin on the 25th with the relocation of the water main pipeline in the section between the old courthouse and the Namgang underpass.

A Jinju city official stated, "Before starting the construction, we will minimize citizen inconvenience by deploying traffic signal personnel and posting detour guide banners," adding, "During the construction period, vehicle traffic will be restricted, so it is necessary to take detours in advance or drive safely considering this."
