Due to the strong northwesterly winds, the wind chill will make it feel much colder, with perceived temperatures of -9°C in Seoul and -11°C in Incheon. The cold will continue until tomorrow morning. The lowest temperatures tomorrow morning will range from -13°C to 1°C, below the average (-8°C to 2°C). However, daytime temperatures will recover to 3°C to 9°C, close to the average (5°C to 10°C).
