The Korea National Diplomatic Academy Cultivates Global Public Leaders in Communication and Cooperation
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] The Korea National Diplomatic Academy announced that it will hold the entrance ceremony for the "13th Global Leadership International Relations Long-term Training Course," which includes 49 participants consisting of government ministry and local government officials at the director and section chief levels, as well as senior executives from public institutions, on the 17th.
The Global Leadership Course aims to cultivate policy managers equipped with international relations work capabilities and global sensibility. Since its establishment in 2008, it has produced 530 graduates as of last year.
This year, the course plans to expand lectures focused on issue analysis related to foreign policy and international affairs, while strengthening strategic problem-solving education linked with team learning to effectively respond to changes in the international environment. Additionally, an elective advanced study curriculum will be introduced to provide in-depth education tailored to the trainees' levels alongside the basic courses.

The Korea National Diplomatic Academy plans to continuously strive to foster public service leaders who can actively respond to the changing international community by enhancing communication among trainees through various autonomous and participatory learning activities in the Global Leadership Course, thereby laying the foundation for promoting cooperation between institutions.
