20s Man Wielding Weapon at Ex-Girlfriend's Boyfriend

According to the Cheonan Seobuk Police Station, at around 6:35 a.m. on the 12th, a man in his 20s, Mr. A, swung a weapon at Mr. B, the boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend, near an apartment in Cheonan.
