Hi Investment & Securities Declares Cash Dividend of 73 Won per Share..."Enhancing Shareholder Value"
[Asia Economy Reporter Ji-hwan Park] Hi Investment & Securities, which achieved record-high performance last year, announced on the 12th that its board of directors decided on a cash dividend of 73 KRW per common share.
The total amount of this dividend is approximately 29.3 billion KRW, and the dividend rate on common stock (based on face value) is 14.6%. The dividend record date is December 31 of last year, and the final dividend amount will be confirmed after approval at the regular shareholders' meeting in March.
Considering Hi Investment & Securities' provisional consolidated net profit of 84.9 billion KRW last year, the dividend payout ratio is about 34.5%.
