[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Son Tae-seok] Jinju City, Gyeongnam Province announced that it will recruit candidates for traditional Korean medicine treatment for infertile couples from the 14th to the 28th of this month in 2020.
This is to support complementary treatment with traditional Korean medicine to solve infertility issues in addition to Western infertility procedures, aiming to increase the birth rate.
This year, Jinju City's traditional Korean medicine treatment candidates are limited to four people. Priority is given to infertile couples residing in Jinju City (registered residence), infertile couples whose women show no organic abnormalities in infertility tests and whose spouses also show no abnormalities, and among those with remaining procedure counts, those with lower median income are selected first.
