According to the university on the 6th, Kim proposed the introduction of a university student balanced national development subcommittee system, suggesting the establishment of a balanced national development infrastructure centered on universities and the cultivation of young talent, earning him the honor of the grand prize.
Kim received high evaluation scores for his proposal to operate a University Balanced Development Committee and Support Center, allowing university students to participate in subcommittees and engage in balanced national development.
Kim said, "Participating in living lab hackathon projects for cultural urban regeneration made me think about regional issues," adding, "I am pleased that the policy proposal I presented in this contest, based on the concerns I have had, led to winning a major award."
