Nexon Agrees on Tentative Labor-Management Deal for 6.8% Average Wage Increase Next Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Nexon labor and management have tentatively agreed to raise next year's wages by an average of 6.8%.
According to Nexon labor union Starting Point on the 3rd, Nexon labor and management recently reached a tentative agreement on the 2020 wage agreement, including ▲a total average increase of 6.8% ▲relaxation of mandatory distribution for performance evaluation grades C and below ▲guarantee of minimum increase for median salary.
This is the first time that the wage increase rate has been disclosed in the game industry.
The Nexon labor union also tentatively agreed on the collective agreement with Nexon GT. The main points include improvements in health check-up leave, infertility leave, training leave, an increase in welfare mileage, and guaranteed union activity time.

The implementation of each agreement will be decided through a vote by union members. The vote on each tentative agreement will be conducted online from 9 a.m. on the 11th to 8 p.m. on the 12th.
