Chinese Government Provides 50,000 KRW Daily Subsidy to Wuhan Pneumonia Medical Staff

According to China News Network and others on the 30th, the Chinese Ministry of Finance and the National Health Commission announced that they will subsidize 300 yuan per person per day for medical staff diagnosing and treating Wuhan pneumonia patients and collecting samples. Currently, 6,000 medical personnel from across the country have been deployed to Hubei Province, including Wuhan, the epicenter of Wuhan pneumonia.

Other medical personnel and workers participating in prevention and control will receive 200 yuan per day (approximately 34,000 KRW). The government will also subsidize the personal expenses incurred from medical costs related to confirmed patients.
