Preservation Society Decides on Impact of China Coronavirus

According to Nam-gu, Gwangju (Mayor Kim Byeong-nae) on the 29th, the Gossaum Nori Preservation Society held an emergency board meeting at 2 p.m. at the Chilseok-dong Gossaum Nori Training Center and decided to indefinitely postpone the 38th Gossaum Nori Festival.
Since the coronavirus that started in Wuhan, China is rapidly spreading through human contact, and the government has raised the crisis alert to the caution stage, it was judged that there is no need to hold festivals and events that attract large crowds during this time.
Accordingly, the 38th Gossaum Nori Festival, which was scheduled to be held at the Gossaum Nori Theme Park from the 7th to the 9th of next month, is expected to be held only after the novel coronavirus situation has completely subsided.
