Productivity Headquarters Conducts Mentoring Program for Youth Career Choices
Operating Vision School in collaboration with 3 local governments as part of community contribution activities
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Productivity Center (KPC, Chairman Noh Gyu-seong) announced on the 21st that it is expanding and strengthening its social contribution activities to support youth by operating programs for setting youth visions and publishing related books. In January, the Productivity Center conducted the 'KPC Youth Vision School' together with three local governments: Seongnam City, Dong-gu in Daejeon, and Gangseo-gu. The final KPC Vision School graduation ceremony of this month was held on the 19th at Dong-gu Office in Daejeon, attended by about 60 students, teachers, and parents.
The KPC Youth Vision School is a youth career choice mentoring program operated by the Korea Productivity Center as part of its social contribution projects since 2018, in collaboration with local governments and public institutions. So far, it has been operated in cooperation with local governments and public institutions such as Jongno-gu Office, Korea Post, Guro-gu Office, Seongnam City, Dong-gu in Daejeon, and Gangseo-gu, with a total participation of about 170 people.

On the 1st, the Korea Productivity Center also published a book titled 'Vision Making,' which contains the know-how of the Vision School. It is composed of educational content and methods of the Vision School that helps youth find their dreams, as well as information about actual graduates. The book, aimed at parents and youth, includes secrets of Vision School graduates who realized the dreams they envisioned. The Korea Productivity Center plans to donate the book to rural public libraries and remote schools.
