[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Samsung Electronics will launch the smartphone for children, 'Galaxy A10e,' on the 17th. It features a 5.8-inch screen, designed to be lightweight and easy to hold with one hand, and includes functions that help cultivate healthy smartphone usage habits.
The 'Galaxy A10e' is designed to be comfortably used with one hand even by younger children, weighing 141g and having a slim thickness of 8.4mm. The screen size is 5.8 inches, applying the 'Infinity-V Display' that minimizes bezels to allow immersive enjoyment of various content on a large screen.
Both front and rear cameras have 8-megapixels for high-quality selfies, and the rear camera with an F1.9 aperture can capture various moments more brightly and clearly. The battery capacity is 3000mAh, with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. It supports a microSD slot to expand memory up to 512GB. The colors available are white and black.
Samsung Electronics supports the 'Samsung Kids Home' service to help parents concerned about their children's excessive smartphone use to cultivate proper smartphone habits. It can be downloaded and used from the Galaxy Store.
The 'Galaxy A10e' will be released in two colors, white and black, as carrier and unlocked models, and can be purchased from Samsung Electronics' official website, nationwide Digital Plaza stores, various carrier stores, Hi-Mart, and Electronic Land. The price is 199,100 KRW.
To celebrate the vacation and new semester season, Samsung Electronics offers various benefits to customers who purchase the 'Galaxy A10e' by March 31.
