Traditional Market Event Held at Myeongok Market During Last Year's Lunar New Year Holiday

This event is being held at six local traditional markets?Junggok Jeil Market, Jayang Market, Norunsan Market, Yeongdonggyo Market, Hwayang Jeil Market, and Myeongok Market?to increase merchants’ sales and revitalize the local economy by selling affordable and high-quality ceremonial goods.
Additionally, customers visiting the traditional markets during this event can purchase Lunar New Year ceremonial items at discounts of up to 20%, and receive gifts and Onnuri gift certificates based on their purchase amounts.
On the 17th, customer participation singing and talent contests will be held at Jayang Market and Myeongok Market. On the 21st, Yeongdonggyo Market will host a Lunar New Year rice cake soup sharing event, and Hwayang Jeil Market will offer traditional cultural experiences for the holiday. Norunsan Market plans to hold a nostalgic lottery event from the 21st to the 23rd.
In addition, temporary parking for up to 2 hours will be allowed for market visitors on roads around the traditional markets from the 18th to the 27th. Jayang Market will offer 1-hour free parking at the public parking lot for 3 days from the 22nd to the 24th.
