The Cheongju Cheongwon Police Station in Chungbuk announced on the 14th that they have booked A (38) without detention on charges of obstructing official duties.
A is accused of making 533 calls to the 112 situation room from her home in Yullyang-dong, Cheongju, from 11:50 PM on the 13th to 5:10 AM the following day.
It was reported that A repeatedly called and hung up without saying anything.
