Busanjin Police Station in Busan announced on the 13th that they have booked and are investigating Mr. A (35) on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act (refusal to take a breathalyzer test).
Mr. A caused the accident around 4:45 p.m. on the 11th while passing through Gayadong, Busanjin-gu, when his vehicle got caught on the stairs of a park.
The police, who responded to the report, repeatedly requested Mr. A to take a breathalyzer test, but he refused. The police arrested Mr. A on the spot, applying charges for violating the Road Traffic Act (refusal to take a breathalyzer test).
