KT Saenojo "Request to Access CEO Appointment Meeting Minutes"
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] On the 12th, the KT Saenozu announced that it has requested the KT Board of Directors to allow access to all materials related to the CEO appointment, including the minutes of the board meetings.
KT Saenozu stated, "The board declared that the selection of the next CEO candidate would be conducted transparently without any external pressure," adding, "However, despite various suspicions raised during the process, current Customer & Media Division President Koo Hyun-mo was appointed, and if these suspicions remain unaddressed, it could inevitably lead to another CEO risk."
They continued, "To prevent the Koo Hyun-mo CEO risk in advance, we hope that the raised suspicions will be thoroughly resolved before the shareholders' meeting in March," and added, "Accordingly, on the 10th, we requested the board to allow access to all materials related to the CEO appointment, including the board meeting minutes."

KT Saenozu expressed confidence, saying, "As the board prides itself on a transparent appointment process without any suspicion, we are confident there is no reason why KT Saenozu, as employees and shareholders, should be denied access to the minutes (including the Governance Committee minutes) and recordings of the KT CEO appointment process."
