According to Real Today on the 11th, next week, a total of 970 households (including officetels and rentals, excluding urban lifestyle housing and happy housing) will accept first-priority subscription applications at four locations nationwide. Winner announcements will be made at 15 sites, and contracts will be conducted at 7 sites. There are no planned model house openings.
Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) will accept first-priority subscriptions for 'Jecheon Cheongjeon Public Silver,' located at 21-4 Cheongjeon-dong, Jecheon-si, Chungbuk, on the 13th. It is a single building with a maximum of 10 floors, consisting of 90 households with a net area of 24㎡ each. The complex accepts subscriptions up to the third priority, and eligibility requires applicants to be aged 65 or older as of the recruitment announcement date, with no regional restrictions. All household members must be either household heads or members without home ownership.
On the 14th, 'Janghang National Eco-Industrial Complex A1 Block,' located in Janghap-eup, Seocheon-gun, Chungnam, will accept first-priority subscriptions. It consists of 3 buildings with a maximum of 18 floors, totaling 460 households with net areas ranging from 26 to 46㎡. The complex is within walking distance of newly established elementary and middle schools inside the industrial complex, and various green spaces will be created, providing a pleasant residential environment.
Starting next month, the Korea Real Estate Board will take over housing subscription operations. The new system will automatically pre-verify subscription eligibility, significantly reducing the number of disqualified applicants due to ineligibility.
On the 9th, the National Assembly plenary session approved a partial amendment to the Housing Act to transfer housing subscription operations from the existing Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute to the Korea Real Estate Board and to provide subscription eligibility information to minimize disqualified winners.

This transfer of subscription operations is a measure to strengthen pre-verification of subscription eligibility. Currently, in the Apartmenttoyou system operated by the Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute, applicants manually enter their subscription eligibility, ranking, and points, so if information is mistakenly entered, they must endure disadvantages such as subscription restrictions. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport plans to strengthen the pre-verification process in the new system operated by the Korea Real Estate Board starting next month, allowing applicants to check housing ownership status of themselves and household members, view official prices of owned houses, and calculate the period of non-homeownership all at once.
