[Bitcoin Now] Domestic and International Bitcoin Decline Continues... 8.9 Million KRW · 7,800 USD Levels
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Bitcoin, the number one cryptocurrency by market capitalization, continued its downward trend in domestic and international markets, falling back to the 8 million KRW and 7,000 USD levels.
According to the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb on the 10th, as of 7:32 AM, Bitcoin was priced at 8,953,000 KRW, down 0.33% (30,000 KRW) compared to 24 hours earlier. A total of 41.6 billion KRW worth of Bitcoin was traded during the day.
Other cryptocurrencies showed mixed movements. Ethereum Classic (2.56%), EOS (1.26%), and TRON (0.89%) rose slightly, while Litecoin (-1.07%), Qtum (-1.06%), and Chainlink (-0.56%) recorded slight declines.
At the same time, on Upbit, Bitcoin was trading at 8,964,000 KRW, down 1.33% (121,000 KRW) from the previous day.
On Upbit as well, cryptocurrencies showed mixed trends. Bitcoin Cash (-1.16%), Ethereum (-1.30%), and Ripple (-0.85%) were declining, while Bitcoin SV (2.35%) and EOS (0.16%) were rising.
The downward trend continued in overseas markets. According to the cryptocurrency market data provider CoinMarketCap, at the same time, Bitcoin was priced at 7,867.80 USD, down 2.22% compared to 24 hours earlier.
Most other cryptocurrencies were also falling. Ripple (-2.01%), Litecoin (-1.64%), Ethereum (-1.24%), and EOS (-1.02%) were declining. On the other hand, Bitcoin SV (3.78%), Monero (0.60%), and Tether (0.57%) were rising.
