Rep. Min Kyung-wook of the Liberty Korea Party criticized the mention of Go Min-jung, the Blue House spokesperson, as the Democratic Party candidate for Seoul Dongjak-eul, the constituency of Rep. Na Kyung-won of the Liberty Korea Party, saying, "Is it acceptable to insult Rep. Na Kyung-won like this?"

On the 8th, Min said on his Facebook, "Ko Min-jung as a challenger to Na Kyung-won?"
The Democratic Party is reportedly considering designating Seoul Dongjak-eul, Na's constituency, as a strategic nomination district and nominating a female candidate there.
Ko Min-jung and former Suwon District Court Chief Judge Lee Su-jin were mentioned as potential candidates for Dongjak-eul.
On the same day, Ko appeared on KBS Radio's "Kim Kyung-rae's Strong Current Affairs" and said regarding her future plans, "I think the time will come when I can speak about it. I am currently considering it."
When asked, "Have you heard specifically about the story of being a challenger to Floor Leader Na?" she replied, "I am seeing it through reports."
