'306 Horsepower Ultimate Performance'... MINI JCW Countryman Launched in Korea

[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Premium compact car brand MINI announced on the 7th that it will officially launch the top-tier performance model 'MINI JCW Countryman,' boasting the most dynamic driving performance among the entire lineup.

The MINI JCW Countryman is MINI's high-performance model that combines a large body with spacious interior, versatile usability, and powerful performance.

The newly released MINI JCW Countryman is equipped with upgraded performance. It features a new 4-cylinder JCW TwinPower Turbo engine, delivering a powerful output of 306 horsepower. This is an increase of 75 horsepower compared to the previous MINI JCW Countryman. Maximum torque has also improved to 45.9 kg·m, and it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.1 seconds.

In particular, the carefully designed chassis technology and the 8-speed Steptronic Sport transmission provide a dynamic driving experience. Additionally, MINI's all-wheel-drive system ALL4 and mechanical differential lock are equipped to aid stable driving.

The MINI JCW Countryman also features a newly designed wheel. It applies 19-inch JCW Circuit Spoke two-tone lightweight alloy wheels, enhancing sportiness and reflecting the unique character of the JCW model.

Furthermore, various advanced options suitable for a high-performance model are installed to maximize customer convenience and driving pleasure. Wireless phone charging, Comfort Access, Parking Assistant, and other convenience features are provided as standard. Notably, the new MINI JCW Countryman introduces wireless Apple CarPlay, allowing iPhone users to connect wirelessly to the vehicle and conveniently use various functions.
