Willow Pump Launches 'Willow Dio Plus'... "Supplying High-Concentration Oxygen Water"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Wilopump announced on the 6th that it has officially launched the high-concentration oxygen water supply system 'Wilo DiO Plus.'
The new product (model name: Wilo-DiO-A500) is a system that generates ultra-fine bubbles containing high-purity oxygen in general agricultural water using groundwater or tap water to supply high-concentration oxygen water. It can be used in greenhouse, hydroponic, and soil cultivation facilities.
Connected to a water tank, it supplies the optimal oxygen water needed by crops directly to their roots. According to the company, the increased dissolved oxygen in agricultural water promotes water supply and photosynthesis, helping crop growth and improving the sweetness, taste, and texture of the harvest.
It enables eco-friendly crop cultivation using water and oxygen and can reduce expenses on fertilizers and pesticides.
A Wilopump official stated, "Until now, the technology to supply high-concentration oxygen water was theoretically possible but difficult to commercialize. However, the newly introduced Wilo DiO Plus product uses patented technology to create finer oxygen bubbles and supply higher concentrations of useful oxygen water."

He added, "As the ultra-fine bubbles burst, they suppress pests and anaerobic microorganisms that hinder crop growth, providing a sterilizing effect. Additionally, they remove harmful substances such as residual pesticides and heavy metals, offering a crop washing effect."
