[MWC26] "Even Non-Developers Can Easily Create AI Agents"... KT Unveils Agent Builder
Create Without Coding Using Drag-and-Drop
"AI Templates" Featuring Verified Scenarios to Be Released Soon
KT announced on March 4 that it has unveiled its AI agent creation platform, 'Agent Builder,' at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026, the world's largest mobile exhibition currently being held in Barcelona, Spain.
Agent Builder is a platform that allows users to create AI agents using a drag-and-drop approach without any development knowledge or coding. Users can build AI agents by combining pre-prepared work templates and conversational modules. Even after deployment, agent performance can be improved through features such as real-time log analysis, performance monitoring, and quality enhancement.

For example, the 'Meeting Minutes Automation Agent' structures key agenda items and decisions and generates meeting minutes based on meeting information and recorded data. It then automatically reflects the relevant department and processing deadline to produce a draft document.
KT also plans to introduce industry-specific AI template services, which are standardized with functions tailored to the characteristics of each industry and type of work, based on Agent Builder. The advantage is that this can help reduce the time and cost involved in developing agents.
At this year’s MWC, examples of AI template applications included the automation of meeting minutes and official document creation for public institutions, and an automated research briefing model for financial firms' asset management. While adopting AI agents in typical companies often comes with significant development burdens for system integration and customization, industry-specific AI templates allow for immediate integration with existing systems and data, thereby automating work processes.
In addition, KT’s integrated AI platform, 'K Intelligence Studio,' which includes Agent Builder features, also enables company-specific AI transformation (AX). Core features such as AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) are provided as modules, allowing companies to flexibly use the necessary functions as needed.
