View original imageThe 'Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Public Institution Audit Council' operates to facilitate the exchange of audit information and strengthen cooperation among public institutions. This year, the first meeting was attended by about 30 audit office staff from a total of nine institutions, including the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service and Korea Mine Rehabilitation and Mineral Resources Corporation.
Beginning with a presentation on Kangwon Land's smart audit system, each institution shared best practices in auditing and discussed ways to enhance audit expertise and inter-institutional cooperation.
In addition, a lecture was held by an invited speaker on the use of AI techniques, reflecting the latest audit trends.
Kwangbok Ahn, Standing Audit Committee Member of Kangwon Land, stated, "I believe that the council was very meaningful, as it enabled us to share the latest AI audit techniques and each institution's know-how," adding, "We will continue to do our best to create synergy by maintaining exchanges with related organizations in the future."

Meanwhile, Kangwon Land's Audit Committee was selected as the top institution in the Board of Audit and Inspection's internal audit activity evaluation for four consecutive years, achieving an A grade, thanks to the advancement of its internal control system and the strengthening of its preventive functions.
