Mercedes-Benz Honors Outstanding Dealers and Employees at the 2025 Dealer Awards
Motor One Named "Dealer of the Year"
Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on May 21 that it held the "2025 Dealer Awards" at The Westin Josun Seoul in Jung-gu, Seoul, on May 20, presenting awards to official dealer companies and employees who contributed to the highest customer satisfaction based on outstanding achievements.
A total of 31 categories were awarded, including Dealer of the Year, Dealership of the Year, and Customer Satisfaction Awards for showrooms and service centers.
The "Dealer of the Year" award went to "Motor One," recognized for its excellent performance in sales, customer satisfaction, and service quality. The "Dealership of the Year," which evaluates the overall performance of both showrooms and service centers, was awarded to "Star Automobile Geumjeong Dealership."
The "Customer Satisfaction Showroom of the Year" was awarded to "Hansung Motors Busan Buk-gu Showroom," while the "Customer Satisfaction Service Center of the Year" went to "KCC Auto Yeongdeungpo Service Center." The "After-Sales Manager of the Year" was awarded to "Choi Geunseong, Manager at Hansung Motors Bangbae Naebang Service Center." In addition, a total of 48 employees and 41 teams were recognized in categories such as sales representatives and technician teams.
Mercedes-Benz Korea announced plans to reorganize the "Dealer Awards" into the "Partner Awards" in line with the new "Retail of the Future" vehicle sales approach introduced in April.
