During the forum, the youth participants presented Candidate Lee with the "Youth 150 Policy Proposal." This proposal included 150 policy tasks focused on youth employment, housing, transportation, culture, entrepreneurship, fostering talent in AI and semiconductors, and building platforms for youth participation—initiatives designed to have a tangible impact on young people's lives.
The participants emphasized, "Although Yongin is growing as a hub for the semiconductor industry, many young people leave for Seoul or other metropolitan areas after graduating from university. It is essential to better establish the foundations that enable young people to study, find employment, and settle down in Yongin."
The name "Youth 150" reflects the hope that Yongin, which is developing as a city centered on the semiconductor industry, will strengthen its future competitiveness through a youth-centered approach and eventually become a "city of 1.5 million residents."
Candidate Lee stated, "Yongin's future competitiveness ultimately comes from its youth. It is very meaningful for young people to consider and propose policies themselves, and this will greatly help us prepare for the city's future."

We will thoroughly review their feasibility, sustainability, and budget requirements, and will actively consider reflecting the most actionable projects in municipal policy, step by step."
In particular, Candidate Lee emphasized, "It is not enough to simply support youth events; for young people to stay in Yongin, we must create more quality jobs, help strengthen their capabilities, and provide robust transportation and living infrastructure."
He added, "We will actively pursue the implementation of the 'Yongin Youth Priority Hiring Quota System' in collaboration with outstanding local companies."
Candidate Lee further stated, "We must ensure the smooth progress of the semiconductor projects by Samsung Electronics and SK hynix and successfully develop Platform City so that Yongin becomes a vibrant city where industry, culture, and jobs are integrated—not just a bedroom community. We will grow the city's finances through semiconductor projects and boldly invest those resources for the benefit of youth and other citizens."

Regarding future transportation policy, he also presented plans to expand autonomous driving-based transportation systems.
