The area was redesigned to evoke the changing seasons by planting 24 trees—including Yoshino cherry, Blue Angel, and Emerald Green species—160 shrubs such as tricolor spirea and sacred bamboo, 338 perennial flowers like gaura and stone maple, and 185 mats of liriope. To allow visitors to enjoy the scenery and converse, the district also installed nine landscape stones and two benches.
