The event proceeded in the order of greetings from Assemblyman Kim Yongman and candidate Lee Kwangjae, followed by the announcement of candidate Kang Byungduke's pledges, with a total of 66 detailed pledges being released.
Kang first emphasized his commitment to dramatically improve Hanam's transportation system. To this end, he pledged to pursue: ▲shortened intervals for Subway Line 5 ▲early openings for Subway Lines 3 and 9 ▲early commencement of Section 2 construction for Subway Line 9 ▲fast-tracking the Wirye-Shinsa Line and extending it to Gam-il ▲including the GTX-D Line in the national railway network ▲and establishing a new (tentative) Misa-Wirye Line.
He particularly noted, "The Wirye-Shinsa Line, for which residents have waited 18 years, is a long-standing wish of the citizens that can no longer be postponed," vowing to "speed up progress by mobilizing the National Assembly, Gyeonggi Province, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport."
In addition, to resolve commuting issues, he explained plans to introduce a "premium chartered bus" service connecting Gangnam, Jamsil, Gangbyeon, and Pangyo, and to work with Seoul City to reduce intervals between metropolitan bus departures.

Kang stated, "We will create a national garden that will attract both citizens and people from across the country by utilizing Misa Island, the rivers, and reclaimed riverbed sites," adding, "We will develop it as a future growth engine for Hanam by building a garden industry cluster and a system to train citizen gardeners."
To achieve this, he pledged to immediately establish the "Hanam National Garden Promotion Committee" and to create a garden industry cluster linked to the landscaping and tourism sectors.
In the medical sector, he promised to create a specialized medical complex that combines a general hospital with bio and healthcare industries on the Changwoo-dong H2 site.
Kang said, "We will foster the H2 site as a base for the future healthcare industry and elevate Hanam to a medical city," adding, "We will also promote the designation of an additional Dalbit Children's Hospital and consider establishing a public postpartum care center."
In education, he pledged to attract the Korea National University of Arts, establish a Gyosan AI Innovation Cluster, swiftly set up the Hanam Office of Education, build an AI-based educational environment, and establish a Youth Foundation. He also announced plans to introduce urban-style campuses and modular classrooms in the Gam-il and Wirye areas to resolve overcrowded class issues.
In the field of public welfare and the local economy, he promised to expand the budget for the local currency "Harmony" from the current 4.6 billion won to 10 billion won, and to increase incentives up to 15%.
