It securely protects large residency deposits while enabling stable asset succession to a designated beneficiary in advance, without the need for complicated inheritance procedures.
The service is available to domestic senior residence tenants with residency deposits, and consultations for enrollment are available at KB Kookmin Bank branches. Once enrolled, customers can continue living in their senior town, and upon the customer's death, the bank will transfer the right to claim the residency deposit to a pre-designated beneficiary, in accordance with the trust contract.
