The Korea Real Estate Board announced on the 19th that Heonwook Lee, President of the Korea Real Estate Board, has launched the "Integrity Grand Campaign," a program designed to communicate with employees about a culture of integrity.
This program was planned to internalize integrity awareness among executives and employees and to promote new values of integrity. President Lee will personally visit sites, starting with the Honam Regional Headquarters yesterday, and will tour major regional headquarters and branch offices nationwide.
At the event yesterday, President Lee encouraged frontline staff for their hard work and emphasized both the importance of balanced national development and the enhancement of real estate consumer protection measures, which are being promoted as this year's core anti-corruption initiatives, as well as the practice of integrity centered on field operations. He defined not only conventional corruption concepts such as bribery and improper solicitation, but also passive administration, such as tolerating administrative errors or entrenched practices, as corruption. He urged executives and employees to take proactive steps to guard against such issues.
