The support will target vulnerable farming households, including those facing challenges due to illness or injury, elderly farmers, farmers with disabilities, and those living alone, as well as farms with a high proportion of manual work such as garlic and onion harvesting.
To this end, the county will establish rural labor support centers at the Agricultural Technology Center and at each town and township office, and will systematically facilitate manpower matching and support activities between farms in need of labor and participating organizations and groups.
Additionally, the county plans to strengthen cooperation with related organizations to ensure a stable workforce supply during the farming season, while also encouraging a spirit of voluntary participation among local residents.
