[Weather] Daytime High Reaches 34°C with Summer Heat... Clouds Increasing from Night
On Monday, the 18th, the weather will be mostly clear across the country, but clouds are expected to gradually increase from nighttime. As daytime temperatures rise significantly, early summer-like heat will persist, and the temperature difference between day and night is also expected to widen considerably.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the morning low temperature is forecast to range from 12 to 20 degrees Celsius, with the daytime high temperature expected to range from 26 to 34 degrees Celsius. This is higher than the average for this time of year (morning low 10–15, daytime high 21–26 degrees Celsius).

The Seoul metropolitan area will also be mostly clear, but clouds are expected to increase late at night. The five West Sea islands are expected to remain mostly cloudy throughout the day.
The forecast for morning low temperatures in major cities is as follows: Seoul 16 degrees, Incheon 15 degrees, Chuncheon 14 degrees, Gangneung 20 degrees, Daejeon 16 degrees, Daegu 18 degrees, Jeonju 15 degrees, Gwangju 15 degrees, Busan 18 degrees, and Jeju 17 degrees. Daytime high temperatures are expected to reach: Seoul 30 degrees, Incheon 28 degrees, Chuncheon 32 degrees, Gangneung 31 degrees, Daejeon 30 degrees, Daegu 34 degrees, Jeonju 31 degrees, Gwangju 32 degrees, Busan 27 degrees, and Jeju 25 degrees.
For the time being, some areas over the West Sea and around Jeju Island may experience fog. In particular, some island regions are expected to see dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters, so caution is advised to prevent marine safety accidents.
