Woori Bank Establishes "Woori Eum Consultation Centers" in Namdaemun and More, Open on Weekday Evenings and Weekends
A Consultation-Focused Channel Specializing in Customer Financial Guidance
On May 17, Woori Bank announced that it has established "Woori Eum Consultation Centers" at three major locations in Seoul—Namdaemun, Gangnam, and Hongdae—allowing customers to access services on weekday evenings and weekends.
The Woori Eum Consultation Center is a specialized consultation-focused channel that differs from traditional bank branches by prioritizing solutions to customers’ financial concerns over the sale of financial products. It offers customized financial consultations throughout the entire life cycle, including loans, asset management, and retirement planning.
In particular, the newly established Namdaemun Eum Consultation Center will serve to listen to and support the financial challenges of a diverse range of customers, such as market vendors, small business owners, nearby office workers, and visitors.
To achieve this, Woori Bank will assign professionals with extensive field experience and financial expertise.
President Jeong Jinwan said, “The Woori Eum Consultation Center is not a space for selling financial products to customers, but rather a consultation-centered channel dedicated to helping resolve their financial concerns together. We will ensure that it becomes a warm communication space, connecting customers and the bank, as well as linking the community and finance.”
