As the era of AI agents begins, companies are expected to adopt multiple agents for diverse roles, and Megazone Cloud aims to take on the role of coordinating and operating these agents.
CEO Yeom stated, "Last year, we achieved our first profit since the company's founding, recorded a 28% increase in revenue, and surpassed USD 100 million (about KRW 149 billion) in overseas sales, which are concrete results of our AI-native strategy." He added, "As we respond to the technical needs of various industries, Megazone Cloud is the only one equipped with both the technology and experience necessary to lead customers' AI transformation as an AI conductor."
CEO Yeom predicted that the era of AI multi-agents will arrive even sooner than expected. He explained, "In line with the 'customer zero' principle, which states that you cannot guide others down a path you haven't walked yourself, we applied AI to our internal work processes and achieved productivity improvements." He added, "By using AI internally, we reduced tasks that used to take three days to just one hour, and confirmed that a single senior engineer is now producing at the level of an existing team of five to seven people."
Megazone Cloud introduced its proprietary AI integration and management platform, 'AIR Studio,' as well as its on-site execution team strategy, AI FDE (Forward Deployment Engineer). Currently, the FDE team, which consists of around 150 members, is directly deployed to client sites to handle work such as AI technology implementation. Gong Seongbae, Chief AI Officer (CAIO), who attended the press conference, introduced the FDE organization and said, "By activating FDE operations, we will continuously enhance our experience and know-how to maximize the efficiency of customers' AI projects."
The company also disclosed actual cases of AI agent application at client companies. JB Woori Capital reduced the time required for financial credit evaluation tasks by 80% by adopting a financial sector AI agent. GC Green Cross shortened the time required to prepare annual quality reports by about 80 hours per case. HanaTour increased the number of consultations processed by approximately 432% through the upgrade of its customer chatbot.
Hwang Incheol, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), said, "Last year, we carried out various AI projects for some of the most challenging financial industry clients, building experience in solving complex problems such as network separation, audit response, and affiliate-specific authority policies." He added, "We will continue to play the role of AI conductor in various fields, including manufacturing and energy, bio, mobility, and the public sector."
Wi Sooyoung, Head of the HALO unit, which leads Megazone Cloud's security brand HALO, said, "In an era where AI can launch attacks without human instructions, a new defense paradigm is needed. HALO provides a hyper-automated response system where AI autonomously detects and responds, outpacing the attack speed of AI that humans cannot match." Megazone Cloud's security business is projected to achieve an annual sales growth rate of 400% this year.
Operating a cloud management service (MSP) business, Megazone Cloud has secured around 8,000 domestic and international clients based on partnerships with global cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS). Currently pursuing an IPO on the KOSPI within this year, Megazone Cloud plans to achieve both top-line growth and profitability through its AI orchestrator strategy.
