The signboard designs feature 'Kkamangi and Kkabi,' the local mascots of Bia-dong, creating a sense of unity and a friendly image for the street.
Gwangsan-gu expects the project to improve the pedestrian environment and naturally increase foot traffic to local alleyway businesses. The district also plans to build on this momentum by connecting it with the upcoming car-free street festival scheduled for the second half of the year, further boosting street vitality.
