During the meeting, key components of the expo—such as the garden exhibitions, garden industry fair, citizen participation programs, and side events—were discussed, along with detailed operational plans including on-site operation, visitor routes, and program arrangements.
In particular, the meeting focused on establishing visitor routes and experiential program operations that reflect the mountainous garden environment of 'Jinju in the Forest of Wolsan.' The city aims to enhance visitor satisfaction by offering garden culture content that allows guests to enjoy both relaxation and hands-on experiences in nature.
Additionally, the session included a thorough review of the overall expo operations, covering visitor convenience, safety management, and the establishment of on-site response systems.
Meanwhile, drawing on its experience of hosting three previous garden expos, Jinju City plans to further strengthen citizen participation and on-site, community-focused operations for this event, creating a garden culture festival enjoyed together with citizens.
