Its signature menu, the 'JN Rose Series', features beverages such as rose flower tea and rose ade, capturing the aroma and flavor of roses and becoming a symbolic offering of the cafe.
To celebrate the first anniversary and the '18th Jungnang Seoul Rose Festival', the cafe is also introducing a new 'Rose Bread' shaped like a rose. Made with a dedicated mold, Rose Bread will be sold exclusively during the festival period and serves as a local specialty food item.
During the festival, a brand pop-up store will be operated in the multi-purpose space on the first floor of the cafe. In addition to exhibiting and selling its own merchandise, a photo zone where visitors can participate has also been set up. In front of the cafe, at Surim Grand Park, local artists will continue to hold cultural performances, including busking.
In running the cafe, the Jungnang Cultural Foundation has been expanding its collaboration with local small businesses by sourcing ingredients and materials mainly from local suppliers, thereby creating a structure that links local production and consumption.
