KDB Life Insurance Establishes AI Customer DB Marketing Platform to "Support Planners"
"Establishing a Field-Oriented Sales Support System"
On May 6, KDB Life Insurance announced that it has established a "customer database (DB) marketing platform" incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) technology to support the sales activities of its planners.
The system was developed to help accurately identify customer needs based on data, enabling planners in the field to achieve better results.
The company plans to provide tailored services by applying advanced management techniques that balance efficient customer management with a robust personal information protection system. KDB Life Insurance aims to further strengthen customer trust by implementing enhanced security protocols.
The platform defines a certain period immediately after DB allocation as the "golden time" and has established a support framework to concentrate sales activities within this window. The company intends to boost sales performance by combining the experienced sales know-how of planners in the field with the platform's sophisticated analytical capabilities.
Pilot test results confirmed that AI-powered analytical data is more effective in improving sales performance than traditional manual methods.
Building on this, KDB Life Insurance is enhancing model accuracy by applying the latest algorithms, and plans to further complement the system by strengthening its internal operational capabilities.
The platform is designed to allow integrated management of the entire process, from DB allocation to performance monitoring. The company is working to connect the internal sales network so that planners can utilize the system in the field.
