KOSPI Hits Record High as Korean Stock Market Capitalization Surpasses 6,000 Trillion Won for the First Time (Update)

View original imageAs the bull market continues, the market capitalization of the Korean stock market has surpassed 6,000 trillion won for the first time in history.
According to the Korea Exchange on April 27, the current total market capitalization of the domestic stock markets stands at 6,031 trillion 967.8 billion won.
By market, the KOSPI market capitalization is 5,354 trillion 361.6 billion won, while the KOSDAQ and KONEX markets are at 673 trillion 967.9 billion won and 3 trillion 638.3 billion won, respectively.
This is the first time ever that the domestic stock market's total market capitalization has exceeded 6,000 trillion won.
The KOSPI started higher again on this day and hit an all-time intraday high of 6,575.42.
