[Today's New Product] "This Time, Pistachio"... Crown Confectionery Launches 'Conpicho'
"Whole Pistachios Used to Enhance Nutty Flavor"
Crown Confectionery announced on April 27 that it will release the Pistachio Edition "Conpicho" for the first time in 40 years since the launch of the Corn Series.
This new product features a corn snack enhanced with pistachio cream, adding a richer and nuttier flavor. Whole pistachios are finely ground and blended in, delivering the full taste of the nut, while the cream provides a smooth, sweet finish.

While the Corn Series has introduced a variety of flavors such as fruit and tea over the years, this is the first time in 40 years that the company is releasing a nut-based edition.
An official from Crown Confectionery explained, "Currently, most pistachio-flavored snacks on the market are chocolates, biscuits, or pies, where the flavor is created using cream, but it is difficult to capture the deep, authentic taste of whole pistachios in snacks that use seasoning powder. Pistachio-flavored snacks are very rare in the domestic confectionery industry."
