Enhanced Expertise in Senior Consultation Services
KB Kookmin Bank announced on April 27 that it will provide the AI cognitive ability test service "AlzWIN" free of charge in partnership with Seven Point One, a company specializing in dementia diagnosis.
This service is offered as a differentiated non-financial benefit under KB Kookmin Bank's senior-focused brand "KB Golden Life." It will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at all branches nationwide to 1,000 customers aged 55 or older who are either interested in dementia-related products such as dementia trusts, or who are seeking inheritance consultations such as will substitute trusts.
"AlzWIN" is an AI cognitive ability assessment solution developed by Seven Point One, a CES 2026 participant. It measures brain health age and brain energy levels using a brief one-minute speech. Customers can start the test by scanning a QR code with their smartphones and receive instant results. Through this process, they can understand their current brain health and characteristics, and use the results to establish effective management methods for maintaining optimal brain condition and planning for financial asset management.
KB Kookmin Bank operates 18 "KB Golden Life Centers" across the country, aiming to strengthen its senior total care capabilities that encompass both financial and non-financial services. On April 24, the bank conducted dementia partner training for all nationwide KB Golden Life Center directors and Golden Life Division staff, who subsequently received "Dementia Partner Certificates." Based on over 42,000 cumulative consultation cases, the bank has further enhanced its expertise and customer service capabilities.
