He stated, "Over the past four years, I have resolved 236,000 civil complaints and operated the on-site mayor’s office 640 times. As a result, the pledge fulfillment rate reached 98.6%, as recognized by civic groups and external institutions, proving that I have kept my promises to the residents as if they were worth their weight in gold."
Among his major achievements, he cited the 'Red Road' in Hongdae, which increased the number of foreign tourists by more than 14.7 times, and the 'Resident Participation Senior Meal Program,' which serves meals to more than 3,000 seniors each day. He added, "Thanks to these efforts, Mapo ranked first out of 25 Seoul districts in the happiness index last year," explaining, "The overwhelming support for a changed Mapo is the reason I am lacing up my shoes once again."
For the next four years, Park presented his vision centered on the 'Five Bold Initiatives to Complete Mapo.' These include expanding the four-part senior welfare package (senior meal program, senior lodging and recreation centers, senior funeral home, and senior school), accelerating redevelopment and reconstruction projects, rapidly developing the '365 Culture and Sports Complex' at Mapo Drainage Basin, establishing public postpartum care centers and expanding Babysitter Houses throughout Mapo, and supporting upgrades in zoning and floor area ratios.
He also outlined concrete plans for each region. In Gongdeok, Ahyeon, Dohwa, and Yonggang, he aims to accelerate redevelopment projects and build large-scale sports facilities to improve residential areas. In Daeheung, Yeomni, Shinsu, and Seogang, he plans to enhance the quality of residential life by revitalizing educational special zones and creating grass paths along the Han River. In Seogyo, Hapjeong, Mangwon, and Yeonnam, he will focus on relocating the Hapjeong-dong military base and fostering global tourism districts. For Seongsan and Sangam, his priorities include establishing an artificial intelligence (AI) industrial complex and constructing stations for the Daejang-Hongdae Line, emphasizing future strategic industries.
Regarding the additional incinerator planned for Sangam-dong, Park firmly expressed his absolute opposition and pledged to protect residents' right to livelihood until the end.

On redevelopment policy, Park stated, "I will make decisions from the residents' perspective and carry out all work swiftly." As support measures for the younger generation, he proposed creating startup spaces utilizing unused public buildings. He concluded, "A district mayor should be a steward, not a politician. If you look closely at the past four years, during which I have saved on work-related expenses and worked for Mapo without taking holidays, I believe the residents will once again make a wise choice."
