BCG and Google Cloud Join Forces to Accelerate Adoption of Agent-Based AI
Announcement of Strategic Partnership
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Google Cloud have joined forces to accelerate the adoption of agent-based artificial intelligence (AI) among enterprises.
On April 23, BCG announced that it had unveiled this strategic partnership at the "Cloud Next 2026" event held in Las Vegas, USA, on April 22 (local time).
Accordingly, BCG and Google Cloud plan to focus on expanding agent-based AI business models, capabilities, and work processes.
First, the two companies will jointly support the entire process for enterprises to implement AI transformation in stages: establishing strategy and transformation roadmaps; validating value through minimum viable products (MVPs); maximizing outcomes through company-wide adoption; and generating measurable results by establishing systems for governance, safety, and change management.
This collaboration also includes Google’s dedicated engineering organization (FDE), which will work together to co-develop AI solutions and agents tailored to key industry-specific customer challenges and apply them to real work environments. In addition, Google DeepMind will provide BCG with early access to its latest AI models, including the Gemini model family. Through this, BCG expects to contribute to the advancement of these models and to continue strengthening its technological and execution capabilities based on the Google Cloud Platform.
