Hanyuwon Receives 'Excellent' Grade in Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey
Highest Grade Among Agencies Under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups
The Korea Small & Medium Business Distribution Center announced on the 23rd that it has received an Excellent grade in the “2025 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey” conducted by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

View original imageHanyuwon achieved scores exceeding its targets in all 11 business areas covered by the survey. This outcome is attributed to the “customer experience-centered management” that has been strongly pursued since CEO Taesik Lee took office.
Hanyuwon established a dedicated customer communication task force to listen to on-site feedback and has continuously engaged in communication activities to proactively resolve the difficulties faced by small and medium-sized enterprises and small business owners. The organization has also conducted customer service training for its employees and focused on establishing a “customer-first” culture within the organization by benchmarking innovation cases from other institutions.
