Kangwon Land Bakery OV Lowers Prices on Popular Products in Support of Government Price Stabilization Policy

Price Reductions Reflecting Drop in Raw Material Costs
Kangwon Land (Acting CEO Nam Han-kyu) announced on the 23rd that Bakery OV at High1 Resort, operated by the company, has implemented price reductions on popular bakery products. This move comes in line with the recent drop in raw material prices following the government’s detection of collusion in flour and sugar prices, and is part of Kangwon Land's active participation in the government’s price stabilization policy.
This price reduction is being carried out in accordance with the government's price stabilization and consumer protection policies. Among the more than 60 products sold at Bakery OV, the top 10 best-selling items are now available at discounted prices ranging from a minimum of 6% to a maximum of 10% off.
This decision was made to directly pass on to customers the benefits resulting from the government’s measures to stabilize raw material prices.
Kwon Boo-geun, Hotel and Condo Operations Director at Kangwon Land, stated, “We decided to lower prices in active cooperation with the government’s measures to stabilize flour and sugar prices, aiming to contribute to overall price stability. We will continue to make every effort to provide high-quality products at affordable prices for our customers.”

Meanwhile, Bakery OV at Kangwon Land has received a positive response from customers by offering products made with local specialties such as Gomchwi and Gondre as main ingredients as part of its efforts for regional coexistence. The bakery continues its reputation as a five-star hotel bakery, having achieved annual sales of 8 billion won last year.
