Record-High Satisfaction in Ministry Survey
Innovative Achievements Including AI Guidance and Season Passes
Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC) achieved the highest score in its history—97.7 points—in the '2025 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey' organized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, setting a new record since its founding. With this, JDC attained the highest possible rating, 'Excellent,' for the second consecutive year by driving service quality innovation and field-oriented communication.
Over the past year, JDC made multifaceted efforts across each business division to improve customer service levels. The High-Tech Science and Technology Complex strengthened on-site communication and provided customized support for tenant companies. Meanwhile, the Jeju Aerospace Museum was recognized for introducing season passes and creating an accessible tourism environment, earning selection as an outstanding tourism business for the third consecutive time.
In the duty-free sector, JDC introduced an AI digital human guidance system to maximize customer convenience. In addition, community support projects focused on enhancing service quality by establishing close communication channels that reflect the voices of local residents, providing tailored consulting and capacity-building education.
JDC President Song Seok-eon stated, "This achievement is the result of the collective efforts of all employees to provide services that meet public expectations. Going forward, we will continue to actively incorporate customer feedback into management, fulfill our social responsibility as a public institution, and drive service innovation that citizens can truly feel."
