Electronic Tax Invoice Issuance Available
Three-Year Validity Period...Eliminates Annual Renewal Hassle
On April 23, KB Kookmin Bank announced that it is now possible to issue electronic tax invoices on the National Tax Service’s Hometax platform using its representative business authentication certificate, the ‘KB Kookmin Certificate (Corporate)’.
This service was introduced following the launch of the National Tax Service’s ‘Simple Authentication for Business Operators’ service. KB Kookmin Bank is the first among banks to allow users to easily log in to Hometax and issue electronic tax invoices using its KB Kookmin Certificate (Corporate).
This certificate was introduced in 2024 for both corporations and individual business owners. Individual business owners can conveniently obtain the certificate non-face-to-face through KB Star Corporate Banking or internet banking, without visiting a branch.

In particular, the certificate is valid for three years, so there is no need for annual renewal. In addition, thanks to the adoption of international web standards technology, it can be used immediately on PCs or mobile devices without installing separate security programs. Furthermore, users do not need to obtain multiple certificates for different purposes, as all business tasks can be handled with a single certificate.
