24-Week Personalized Non-Face-to-Face Health Management Program
Yongin Special City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Sangil) announced on April 22 that it is operating a non-face-to-face health management service for 190 participants each at the Cheoin-gu, Giheung-gu, and Suji-gu public health centers through its 'Mobile Healthcare' program utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

Participants receive a systematic, personalized health management service tailored to their individual health status over approximately 24 weeks.
Eligible participants are adults aged 19 or older who have at least one health risk factor. Nurses, nutritionists, and exercise specialists at the public health centers participate to provide integrated health management services.
Participants use a mobile app to record everyday health data and receive regular one-on-one consultations, along with support for diet, exercise, and lifestyle improvement programs. They can monitor their health status in real time using health management devices such as activity trackers and blood pressure monitors.
The city has been operating this service since April, following participant recruitment and preliminary examinations. Through step-by-step management—including providing health information, conducting interim and final checkups, and offering personalized consultations—the program guides participants to improve their lifestyles and prevent chronic diseases.
In particular, for office workers and school staff who find it difficult to visit the health centers, the city also offers an 'On-site Mobile Healthcare' service. This year, the city plans to visit Myongji University and the Doosan Technology Institute to support continuous health management without restrictions on time or location.
Last year, the city received a commendation from the Minister of Health and Welfare for outstanding performance in the strategic category of the Integrated Health Promotion Program 'Mobile Healthcare.' Based on this achievement, the city has expanded the scale and scope of the program this year.
